Eligibility:
1. A traveller must be a foreign tourist visiting Japan from abroad for sightseeing, under the entry status of "Temporary Visitor" or
2. a Japanese national living in a foreign country,
  a. who is qualified to live permanently in that country, or
b. who is married to a non-Japanese resident in a country other than Japan

Cancellation Policy:
An unused Japan Rail Pass (exchange order) issued by JTB International (Canada) Ltd. - Toronto Office can be returned for a full refund less a 20% administration fee within one year from date of issue. Once the Japan Rail Pass has been exchanged for an actual pass, it becomes 100% non-refundable.

For payment, Credit Card (Visa, Master, Amex) or cash can be accepted.
Once the order form is received, we will contact you to arrange payment.
